Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a SiC fiber reinforced titanium-based composite hollow shaft and a preparation method. The hollow shaft is formed by three parts: 1, an inner wall Ti alloy of the hollow shaft; 2, a SiC fiber reinforced titanium-based composite area; and 3, an outer wall Ti alloy of the shaft. A spiral arrangement mode of a SiC fiber at a certain angle (30 to 45 degrees) in an axial direction is realized through an ingenious design of machining a series of spiral titanium alloy edges on the outer surface of the inner wall. Due to the fact that the shaft mainly bears torsional stress atwork, the arrangement mode is helpful for exerting the maximum tensile strength of the fiber in the axial direction when the shaft works, so that the usability of the shaft is remarkably improved; and a problem of arrangement of the SiC fiber on a shaft part and a forming preparation technology are solved, and the application of the SiC fiber reinforced titanium-based composite in manufacturing of the shaft part is reali
