The hot forging technology comprises the following steps that a 316 stainless steel wire is selected; six-station diedesign is used; China Taiwan equipment, namely, a 14B and 19B six-station cold heading machine is adopted; a feeding wheel is subjected to insulating treatment; a die cutting seat is transformed, anda current generated by discharge of the stainless steel wire is guided into the die cutting seat; the stainless steel wire passes through a straightening wheel and then is heated through a heater; cutting, shaping, head pre-forging, large hole stretching, threaded hole stretching, head forming and punching are conducted; and solution treatment, descaling through pickling, tapping, oil washing, surface polishing and finished product packaging are conducted.
