The device comprises a pre-cooling compartment body and a differential pressure pre-cooling system arranged inthe pre-cooling compartment body; the differential pressure pre-cooling system comprises a centrifugal fan, an evaporator and an adjustable wind shield; and the centrifugal fan and the evaporator arerespectively arranged at the top in the pre-cooling compartment body, the centrifugal fan is embedded in the middle of the evaporator, an air outlet of the centrifugal fan is formed in the side face,an air inlet of the centrifugal fan is formed in the lower portion, the adjustable wind shield is located below the centrifugal fan, and the pre-cooled fruits and vegetables are located below the adjustable wind shield.
