Double charge pump

The invention discloses a double charge pump: a 2P2N type double charge pump, a 1P3N type double charge pump and a 4N type double charge pump. On the basis of a 3P1N type double charge pump, an N typeswitch is used for replacing a P type switch, and meanwhile, a P type switch tube with a very small area is connected in parallel to solve the starting problem. The 4N type double charge pump is further provided with a small charge pump. Compared with the 3P1N type double charge pump, the 2P2N type double charge pump has the advantage that the area can be saved by 20%; the 1P3N type double chargepump has the advantage that the area can be saved by 40%; and the 4N type double charge pump has the advantage that the area can be saved by 60%. 本申请公开了双倍电荷泵：2P2N型、1P3N型和4N型双倍电荷泵。在3P1N型双倍电荷泵的基础上，用N型开关替换P型开关，同时并联一个面积非常小的P型开关管以解决启动问题，4N型双倍电荷泵还设置一个小电荷泵。其优点表现在：相比3P1N型双倍电荷泵，2P2N型双倍电荷泵可节省面积20％，1P3N型双倍电荷泵可节省面积40％，4N型双倍电荷泵可节省面积60％。
