The square lithium battery pack thermal management structure mainly comprises a square lithium battery, a semiconductor chilling plate and a phase change material, the two side surfaces of the square lithium battery are in contact with the semiconductor chilling plate, one side of the semiconductor chilling plate clings to the square lithium battery while the other side clings to the phase-change material, andthe two side surfaces of the phase-change material are in contact with the semiconductor chilling plate. When the battery pack thermal management structure provided by the invention carries out the high-rate charging and discharging, the heat generated by the battery is transmitted to the phase-change material through the semiconductor chilling plate, the battery is cooled by the phase-change material, and the semiconduct
