The invention discloses a SPC-based ceramic bathroom quality management method. The method is characterized by comprising the steps: acquiring historical production data, wherein the production data comprise preset process data, real-time process data and quality inspection data; finding out the mutual relation between product defects and production conditions according to production experience, associating defect names, defect description, generation reasons, suggested processing measures and defective product processing, and establishing a quality experience library; acquiring quality inspection data of a production process, performing statistical analysis by adopting a counting type SPC control chart, judging whether a product has defects or not, if so, querying a quality experience library according to the characteristics of the defects, determining the cause of the defects and corresponding suggested processing measures, and adjusting the production process. The counting type SPCcontrol chart is adopted
