The invention provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises a substrate which comprises a display region and a peripheral region located at the periphery of the display region, a dam structure in the peripheral region, a touch wiring layer which is arranged on the substrate and extends to the dam structure from the display region, a metal wiring layer which is arrangedbelow the dam structure, and a first insulating layer which is arranged between the touch control wiring layer and the lower layer metal wiring structure and is provided with a first conductive column penetrating through the first insulating layer. The touch control wiring layer is connected to the lower layer metal wiring structure through the first conductive column before extending to the damstructure, so that the touch control wiring layer penetrates through the dam structure under the dam structure through the lower layer metal wiring structure.
