Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a finite-time anti-seismic control method, system and device for a building structure and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a first mechanical model of a building structure; adjusting the first mechanical model based on the constraint condition of the uncertain actuator failure to obtain a second mechanical model of the building structure in the uncertain actuator failure state; establishing a seismic wave acceleration prediction model through a fuzzy logic system; and based on the second mechanical model and a prediction model of the seismic wave acceleration, analyzing to obtain a controller output constraint of the building structure. By the adoption of the method, it can be guaranteed that the building can still be rapidly stabilized within the effective time under the condition that the actuator with uncertainty fails, and the safety of the building is improved.
