The method comprises the steps of: obtaining a longitudinalwave speed data volume and a density data volume based on seismic prestack inversion; determining a first relation model of porosity, longitudinal wave speed and density according to the logging data,determining a second relation model of porosity, longitudinal wave speed and density according to the digital rock core data, and forming a third relation model according to the two models; obtaininga first pore structure factor based on the logging data, obtaining a second pore structure factor based on the digital rock core data, and forming a third pore structure factor according to the two pore structure factors; inputting the longitudinal wave speed data volume and the density data volume into the third relation model to obtain a porosity data volume; intersecting the longitudinal wavevelocity data volume with th
