The method comprises the steps that a current sampling circuit acquires a first voltage signal, wherein the first voltage signal is generated at two ends of a known resistor after the constant current passesthrough the known resistor; a voltage sampling circuit is used for acquiring a second voltage signal, wherein the second voltage signal is generated at two ends of the resistor to be measured after the constant current passes through the resistor to be measured; and a processor is used for recording the resistance value of the known resistor, converting the first voltage signal into a first current signal, and calculating the resistance value of the resistor to be measured according to the acquired first current signal and the acquired second voltage signal.
