Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a silicon photoelectric detection assembly for a flame photometric detector. The silicon photoelectric detection assembly is composed of a ball lens, an optical filter, a plano-convex lens, a silicon photoelectric device and an amplifying circuit. The lens converges luminescence of sulfide or phosphide in flame, and the optical filter selects an emission band (385-420 nm or500-580 nm respectively) transmitting S2* or HPO*. According to the flame photometric detector, the amplifier circuit process is optimized, and a silicon photoelectric device is adopted to collect light emitted by sulfide or phosphide, so that the detection lower limit and the linear range reach the level of using a photomultiplier. Because a photomultiplier is not used, a high-voltage module withhundreds of volts is not used.
