The self-cooling ceramic cylinder sleeve comprises a cylinder sleeve body, wherein a curved copper pipe is arranged onthe outer surface of the cylinder sleeve body in a sleeving mode; connecting blocks are fixedly connected to the periphery of the bottom of the cylinder sleeve body; fixing plates are fixedly installed at the bottoms of the connecting blocks; a box body is fixedly connected to the bottoms of the fixing plates; a liquid storage tank is formed in an inner cavity of the box body; a water temperaturedetector is fixedly installed at the middle end of the bottom of an inner cavity of the liquid storage tank; a refrigerating tank is formed in the inner cavity of the box body and is positioned at the lower part of the liquid storage tank; a refrigerating sheet is fixedly installed at the bottom of an inner cavity of the refrigerating tank; and the heat dissipation surface of the refrigerating sheet penetrates through the
