Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for preparing nano zinc oxide by liquid cathode glow discharge plasma. A platinum needle tip is adopted as an anode and liquid overflowing from the top end of a capillary tube is adopted as a cathode. The method includes conveying electrolyte containing zinc nitrate to the top of the capillary tube under the driving of a peristaltic pump and connecting a graphite tube with a negative electrode of a power supply. When enough high voltage is applied between the two electrodes, the electrolyte is excited by high-energy electrons to generate instant high temperatureand local high voltage along with the phenomena of light emitting, heating and the like, meanwhile, plasma is generated, generated turbid liquid flows into a collector along a graphite pipe groove; and centrifugal separation, distilled water washing, vacuum drying to constant weight and grinding are conducted to obtain milk white nano ZnO particles.
