The method comprises the following steps of 1, preparing oxide/silicon carbide/aluminum composite powder for thermalspraying, wherein oxides include one to four of a zirconium oxide, a titanium oxide, a hafnium oxide, a tantalum oxide, a niobium oxide, a vanadium oxide, a chromic oxide, a molybdenum oxide and a tungsten oxide; 2, performing pretreatment on the surface of a substrate material needing to be coated; 3, adopting a thermal spraying method for coating the surface of the substrate material with the oxide/silicon carbide/aluminum composite powder.
