Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of solid waste recovery and particularly relates to a method for recovering 2D manganese from waste lithium ion batteries. The method comprises the steps that in-situ redox reaction is performed on waste lithium ion battery electrode materials under vacuum conditions, and elemental manganese is obtained and then subjected to heating gasification; and manganese steam is spread to a low-temperature zone for condensing and crystallizing, and then 2D manganese crystals are obtained. The 2D manganese crystals have the unique optical and electrical properties and are high in economical benefit. Moreover, the method completely takes the waste lithium ion battery electrode materials as the raw materials, no additional reagent is needed, the cost is saved, secondary pollution caused by wet metallurgy on the environment is avoided, and environment friendliness and cleanliness are achieved.
