The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, taking formyl pre-functionalized organic ligand and inorganic metal salt as raw materials, and preparing a formyl functionalized chromium-based metal organic framework material by adopting a solvothermal method; immersing a formyl functionalized material in a corresponding formamide organic compound, using formic acidas a reducing agent, and preparing the corresponding aliphatic tertiary amine functionalized metal organic framework material through reductive amination at enough temperature.
