Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an antirust acrylate emulsion, which is prepared from the following components by weight: 2-10% of a rust conversion agent; 2-18% of butyl acrylate; 0.1 to 1% of methacrylic acid; 30 to 40% of styrene; 2-4% of a phosphate functional monomer; 0.1%-2% of reactive emulsifier SR-3025; 0.5%-8% of an anionic emulsifier EPA1963; 0.1%-0.5% of OP-10; 0.1 to 0.4% of ammonium persulfate; and balance of deionized water. The beneficial effects of the invention are that: the acrylate emulsion, the rust conversion agent, the phosphate functional monomer, the composite emulsifier and the corresponding reaction monomer are combined to form a synergistic effect, so that the acrylate emulsion can be used for coating with rust, the adhesive force of a dried paint film of the acrylate emulsion can reach 0 grade, and the hardness can reach 2H or above. The preparation method is simple in process and few in byproducts.
