On the premise ofkeeping high purity, the particle size of the powder is reduced to D100 value. 0.6 [mu]m, the required sintering pressure is reduced under the condition of not adding any sintering aid, and the obtained ceramic is stable and uniform in performance. According to the preparation method, the compressive strength of the mold is improved by adopting a method of using a carbon-carbon fiber composite mold and a graphite mold in a matched manner, so that the size of the prepared single boron carbide ceramic exceeds 450, the purity is 99.99%, and the density exceeds 99.9% of the theoretical density.
