A driving motor is arranged on the arrangementwall body; a nanocrystalline arrangement rotary drum and a material receiving rotary drum are mounted on the arrangement wall body, and the nanocrystalline arrangement rotary drum is communicated withthe material receiving rotary drum through a nanocrystalline material belt; a material belt rotary drum and a first waste extraction rotary drum are installed on the arrangement wall; the material belt rotary drum is sleeved with a material belt disc; the first waste extraction rotary drum is sleeved with a first waste extraction rotary disc.
