A Hall position sensor, a temperature sensor and a vibration sensor are included, vector control of a permanent magnet motor is realized through coordination of the Hall position sensor and a central processing module, and intelligent over-temperature protection and fault analysis of a permanent magnet are realized through effective detection of the temperature sensor and the vibration sensor. According to the invention, through rotor position information, motor vector control is realized, and temperature control is effective; the temperature and vibration of the motor are monitored through the temperature sensor and the vibration sensor, intelligent over-temperature protection and abnormal monitoring ofthe motor are realized, motor faults are reduced, and the operation safety is improved.
