The method comprises the following steps of carrying out the simulation of the relation between the resistivity and carbon content of steel through thermodynamic calculation, and obtaining a relation straight line of the resistivity and carbon content; measuring the resistance of a plurality of groups of fixed carbon sheets with the known carbon content by using double bridges or four bridges to obtain a one-to-one correspondence relationship between the resistivity rho and the carbon content WC%, and setting a virtual instrument module; wiping the oil stains on the surface of the fixed carbon sheets, and cleaningthe fixed carbon sheets with a cleaning agent; and putting the fixed carbon sheets into a proper position in a closed carburizing furnace.
