The device comprises an equipment base (1), a pressure sensor (2), a heating insulation device (3), a die (4), a thermocouple (5), a blank (6), a back pressure head (7), a first displacement sensor (8), a positive pressure head (9), a second displacement sensor (10), a support guide pillar (11), an upper beam (12), a stepping motor (13), a load control and a die temperature control system. By adopting the method, the forming performance of the semi-solid alloy can be objectively and accurately tested, and the method has the characteristic of convenience in operation. Therefore, a parameter control basis is provided for design and implementation of a semi-solid forming process.
