A liquid storage cavity and an evaporation cavity are sequentially formed in the side wall of the base from top to bottom. The liquid storage cavity is filled with purifying liquid. A plurality of first one-way channels communicated with the liquid storage cavity and the evaporation cavity are formed in the side wall of the base. A second one-way channel communicated with the liquid storage cavity and the evaporation cavity is formed in the side wall of the base. Apressure relief valve is mounted in the second one-way channel. An air inlet pipe is arranged in the evaporation cavity. The air outlet end of the air inlet pipe is communicated with the interior of the liquid storage cavity. A one-way valve is mounted in the air inlet pipe.
