The invention discloses a fluorine-silicon type heat-insulating weather-resistant anticorrosive coating of a steel base material for island-reef engineering and a preparation method thereof. The fluorine-silicon type heat-insulating weather-resistant anticorrosive coating comprises a main agent and a curing agent, wherein the part ratio of the main agent to the curing agent is 10: 1; and the mainagent comprises the following formula in parts by mass: 36 to 40 parts of fluorocarbon resin, 8 to 10 parts of organic silicon resin, 13 to 16 parts of a mixed solvent, 25 to 28 parts of a functionalfiller, 16 to 20 parts of a pigment filler, 0.2 to 0.3 part of a salt spray resistant auxiliary agent, 0.3 to 0.4 part of an anti-aging auxiliary agent, 0.2 to 0.3 part of an anti-ultraviolet absorbent, 0.3 to 0.4 part of an antifoaming agent, 0.3 to 0.4 part of a leveling agent and 0.3 to 0.4 part of a wetting dispersant. The solid content of the coating is greater than or equal to 75%; and the coating is light in specifi
