Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for reducing the use amount of organic grouting reinforcement material polymeric MDI and a product thereof, and belongs to the field of mining high polymer materials.According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, an MDI prepolymer with high toughness is prepared to replace MDI in the prior art, the prepolymer is high in stability, the phenomena of layering and continuous viscosity increase are avoided, a same amount of MDI can be replaced, the use amount of MDI is reduced, and the material production cost is reduced; meanwhile, an environment-friendly polyurethane catalyst is adopted in the preparation process, so that the influence of the material on the environment can be effectively reduced; the prepared material has excellent mechanical properties: the maximum compressive strength can reach 60Mpa, the maximum material bonding strength can reach 15Mpa, and the highest reaction temperature of the material is lower than 125DEG C.
