The top end of the main tank body is movably connected with a sealing cover with a downward opening; a deformable annular clamping sleeve inclining inwards is arranged at an opening in the bottom end of the sealing cover; anda water storage clamping base capable of being clamped into the bottom end of the sealing cover is arranged on the outer side of the main tank body. Since the deformable annular clamping sleeve inclining inwards is arranged at the opening in the bottom end of the sealing cover, when the bottom end of the sealing cover is clamped into the groove of the water storage clamping base, the annular clamping sleeve and the main tank body are separated by pouring a proper amount of water into the groove of the water storage clamping base; and a semi-circular silica gel top block is arranged in the sealing cover, and the silic
