Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a preparation method of an anti-bone tumor composite material stent in the technical field of medical orthopedic materials. The preparation method is as follows: uniformly mixing methotrexate powder, nano-grade hydroxyapatite powder and medical-grade polylactic acid powder; extruding out the mixture into wire through a screw extruder; and then using a 3D printer forprinting to obtain the anti-bone tumor composite material stent. The stent can slowly release drugs in body to inhibit growth of cancer cells and besides, the stent has mechanical properties matchingwith cancellous bones. 本发明公开了医用骨科材料技术领域一种抗骨肿瘤复合材料支架的制备方法,其将甲氨蝶呤粉末、纳米级羟基磷灰石粉末和医用级聚乳酸粉末均匀混合;经螺杆挤出机挤出成线材;再利用3D打印机打印,获得抗骨肿瘤复合材料支架。该支架可在体内缓慢释放药物抑制癌细胞生长,并且支架本身具有与松植骨相匹配的力学性能。
