The preparation method comprises the following steps of treating a cotton fabric with pectinase and plasma, dipping the cotton fabric in a textile treatment solution containing pyrethrin II, rosemary extract and ionic liquid for treatment, and then taking out, water-washing and drying the cotton fabric to obtain the mosquito repellent cotton fabric.
