Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an intumescent flame-retardant coating containing a flame retardant with a cage-shaped branched chain structure and a preparation process thereof. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding 20-50% of a resin solution, 5-20% of a flame retardant system, 0-10% of titanium dioxide, 0-15% of a solvent and 0.5-1% of an auxiliary agent intoa sand mill, and performing grinding for 15-20 minutes at 1000-1500r/min to obtain pigment slurry; and adding the obtained pigment slurry into the residual resin solution, adding the residual auxiliary agent and the residual solvent, performing dispersing in a high-speed dispersion machine at 300-600r/min for 20-30min, performing sieving, and discharging to obtain the intumescent flame-retardantcoating.
