Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a tube push bench guide method based on machine vision. An adopted device comprises an industrial PC machine, an imaging camera and a measuring mark point. The measuring mark point comprises a fixed measuring mark point P and a dynamic measuring mark point. The imaging camera is used for imaging the measuring mark point and is used for transmitting imaging data to the industrial PC machine for analysis processing so as to obtain and control the real-time posture of a tube push bench. Compared with the prior art, the conventional industrial camera is adopted as the measuring tool, the cost is low, key parts break through the foreign import blockage limitation, and the field work intensity is greatly lowered.
