The rocket projectile safe launching control system comprises a launching control terminal, a launcher system connected with the launching control terminal and a handheld device used for obtaining rocket projectile warehouse-in and warehouse-out numbers. The launcher system is used for providing serial numbers, launching angles and position information of the on-orbit rocket projectiles and transmitting the serial numbers, launching angles and position information to the launch control terminal.
