The nonlinear fitting method comprises the following steps: initializing structural parameters of an opticalproduct simulation model; loading the thermal load into the simulation model, and analyzing a temperature field of the simulation model; loading the structure load and the temperature field distribution information into the simulation model; analyzing the stress of the simulation model; obtaining an original surface equation of each surface of the simulation model; displacing the original surface,constructing a new surface equation, writing the new surface equation into a polynomial form, constructing an error function in order to solve the polymorphic coefficient Cm, calculating a polynomialfitting coefficient by using a polynomial fitting coefficient matrix C = (ZTZ)-1ZTSwn to obtain a new surface equation of each surface of the simulation model considering the displacement result.
