Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a flange assembly of a garbage disposer and a garbage disposer installing structure. The flange assembly comprises a flange connecting part and a flange fixing part, the flangeconnecting part and the flange fixing part are rotatably connected in a clamping mode through at least two groups of connecting units, and one group of the connecting units are provided with structures used for pre-installing the flange connecting part and the flange fixing part. According to the flange assembly of the garbage disposer and the garbage disposer installing structure, the flange connecting part and the flange fixing part are rotatably connected in a clamping mode through the at least two groups of connecting units, one group of the connecting units are connected in a screwing and clamping mode firstly when screwing and clamping connection is conducted, the flange fixing part can be hung on the flange connecting part firstly, the other groups of the connecting units can be conveniently aligned and in
