Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a wheat salt-tolerant gene, particularly relates to a wheat salt-tolerant gene TaFLZ2, further provides a plant expression vector containing the gene TaFLZ2 and discloses application of the gene TaFLZ2 in cultivation of salt-tolerant arabidopsis thaliana and wheat. The invention for the first time obtains the wheat gene TaFLZ2 by cloning and the gene TaFLZ2 is transferred into arabidopsis thaliana and wheat through an agrobacterium tumefaciens induction method. Comparative analysis proves that the salt tolerance of a transgenic plant after overexpression of TaFLZ2 is remarkably improved. 本发明公开了一种小麦耐盐基因,具体为小麦的耐盐基因TaFLZ2;本发明还提供了含有所述基因TaFLZ2的植物表达载体,以及本发明还公开了所述基因TaFLZ2在培育耐盐拟南芥及小麦中的应用。本发明首次克隆得到了小麦基因TaFLZ2,并通过根瘤农杆菌介导的方法将该基因转入拟南芥和小麦,经过比较分析证明,超表达TaFLZ2后转基因植株的耐盐能力明显提高。
