The exterior surface including spray outlets disposed at the second end. An interior cavity is disposed interior to the exterior surface. A first channel and a second channel fluidly connect to the interior cavity. One or more third channels fluidly connect between the interior cavity and an individual spray outlet of the spray outlets.
