Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a drug-loaded guided tissue regeneration (GTR) membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting at least two samples, carrying out molding by a molding technology to obtain at least two layers of stacked primary products, and then, placing the primary products in a high-pressure vessel, wherein at least one of the two samples is a compound of a drug-loaded macromolecular polymer and an inorganic material or the drug-loaded macromolecular polymer; (2) replacing gas in the high-pressure vessel with a supercritical fluid; (3) boosting the high-pressure vessel; and (4) rapidly relieving the pressure.
