The invention discloses an intersection traffic signal control method, device and equipment. The method comprises the following steps: presetting motor vehicle traffic flow, non-motor vehicle trafficflow and conflict relationship of the traffic flow at an intersection; acquiring flow ratio data of all motor vehicle traffic flow; automatically generating signal lamp phase parameters according to the flow ratio data, the motor vehicle traffic flow, the non-motor vehicle traffic flow and the conflict relationship and the traffic flow participation sequence; performing phase sequence optimizationon each target phase in the signal lamp phase parameters, and determining a release sequence of each target phase; solving a signal lamp control period and green light time of each target phase basedon a signal timing method and a signal lamp phase parameter; and controlling the intersection traffic signal by using the obtained signal lamp control period, the release sequence of each target phase and the green light time.
