Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a degradation life estimation method for random characteristics of a mechanical wear process. The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting and recording a mechanical wear degradation amount and a change amount of the degradation amount; (2) establishing a degradation life distribution model for the random characteristics of the mechanical wear process; (3) estimating undetermined parameters of the Gauss-Markov model based on a least square method, and estimating diffusion parameters based on a maximum likelihood estimation method; and substituting the obtained diffusion parameters and undetermined parameters into a degradation life distribution model for random characteristics of the mechanical wear process to obtain a final degradation life distributionfunction of the mechanical component.
