The method comprises the following steps: extracting recent equipment state historical data from a database, and performing data cleaning on basic data through a data filtering rule to extract effective state data; performing clustering division on the effective state data, determining the number of current working conditions of the equipment and analyzing the mathematical expected value E (x) and the standard deviation value sigma (x) of each state parameter under the working condition for each working condition of the equipment according to a normal distribution rule; and as for each state parameter under each working condition, using the corresponding E + m * sigma as an early warning threshold of the parameter under the working condition, wherein the E + n * sigma is used as an alarm threshold ofthe parameter under the w
