Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a solid-phase extraction technology of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, in particular to a cyclodextrin polymer for solid-phase extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon as well as a solid-phase extraction tubular column and a solid-phase extraction method of the cyclodextrin polymer. And then preparing the 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazole hexafluorophosphate loaded cyclodextrin polymer by using an impregnation method. And finally, preparing the prepared polymer into a solid-phase extraction tubular column for solid-phase extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in an environmental water sample so as to determine the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in the water sample. Compared with the prior art, the polymer extraction tubular column is high in polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon enrichment efficiency, the measuring method is quick and convenient, and detection and analysis of trace polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in an environmental water sample arefacilitated.
