Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a parametric array sound wave and laser speckle detection system and a method thereof. The device comprises a laser light source used for forming light spots on a measured object, wherein the control host is used for outputting swept-frequency signals, the parametric array module is used for converting the swept-frequency signals into ultrasonic modulation signals, transmitting the ultrasonic modulation signals into air, restoring the ultrasonic modulation signals to produce sounds and then resonating with a measured object, the camera is used for shooting light spot images on the measured object, and the control host is connected with the parametric array module and the camera.
