The molecular marker is located on an A8 chromosomeand has a total length of 1023bp, and the specific nucleotide sequence of the molecular marker is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1. The molecular marker shows two amplification bands in a dominant genic male sterile restorer line of the brassica napus, and the lengths of the amplification bands are 1051bp and 924bp respectively; and the molecular marker shows one amplification band in a dominant genic malesterile temporary maintainer line of the brassica napus, and the length of the amplification band is 1051bp.
