The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps: uniformly dispersing graphene into an aqueous carbon black dispersion, carrying out mixing according to a mass ratio of 1: (1000-2) to form a stable graphene-carbon black composite dispersion, and granulating the graphene-carbon black composite dispersion at 40-80 DEG C. According to the invention, the application problem that graphene is difficult to be uniformly dispersed in a high polymer material is solved; a related process routes are simple; reaction conditions are mild; raw material sources are rich; and safety and environmental protection are achieved.
