Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a corner protection mechanism and an LED display screen. The corner protection mechanism comprises a corner protection base, a corner protection body and a pressing assembly, the corner protection body is movably connected with the corner protection base, and the corner protection body has a first state and a second state relative to the corner protection base; when the corner protection body is in the first state relative to the corner protection base, the corner protection body is far away from the display screen, and the pressing assembly locks the corner protection body; and when the corner protection body is in the second state relative to the corner protection base, the pressing assembly releases the locking of the corner protection body, the corner protectionbody is arranged adjacent to one side edge of the display screen, and the corner protection body and the corner protection base are matched together to protect the corner of the display screen. When the corner protection mech
