The invention relates to a vehicle detection system based on NB-IoT in combination with geomagnetic guided microwave detection and a working method thereof. The vehicle detection system comprises a digital signal processing and control unit and a power supply unit, a microwave detection unit, a geomagnetic detection unit and a communication unit which are connected with the digital signal processing and control unit.
