Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for detecting and positioning defects of a photovoltaic module by utilizing infrared image splicing. An infrared image of a photovoltaic module is acquired in the airthrough carrying thermal imaging by a multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle, and an airborne processor is used for processing the infrared image to judge whether a hot spot fault exists; and the unmanned aerial vehicle transmits the red video online in real time, performs video frame extraction, image matching, alignment, image fusion, boundary smoothing and image splicing to form a local static image, and finally outputs hot spot report information. According to the method, the abnormal solar panel can be rapidly and accurately detected, manual intervention is basically not needed, and a full-automatic effect is achieved. 本发明公开了一种基于红外图像拼接的光伏组件缺陷检测和定位方法。通过多旋翼无人机携带热成像在空中获取光伏组件的红外图像并用机载处理器对红外图像的处理判断是否存在热斑故障;无人机实时在线传送红视频,视频抽帧,图像匹配、对齐,图像融合和边界平滑,图片拼接,形成局部静态图片,最后输出热斑报表信息。通过本发明,可以做到快速、准确的检测出异常太阳能板,基本不需要人工干预,达到全自动化的效果。
