The method comprises the following steps: receiving an audio and video query request from an intelligent device; querying a requested target audio and video, structural data of a target audio and video and a plot knowledge graph according to the audio and video query request, the plot knowledge graph comprising keywords of at least one of plots and evaluation information and relationships between keywords; obtaining an audio and video query reply text corresponding to the audio and video queryrequest based on a reply text generation model according to the structural data and the plot knowledge graph of the target audio and video; and sending an audio and video query response to an intelligent device, wherein the audio and video query response carries the audio and video query reply text.
