Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a segmented compensation band-gap reference voltage source circuit. The segmented compensation band-gap reference voltage source circuit comprises a starting circuit, a first-order band-gap reference voltage source circuit and a temperature segmented compensation generation circuit. Weighting is carried out on a current generated by a difference between emitter-base voltages of two PNP-type triodes on a resistor R3 and a current generated by an emitter-base voltage VEB1 of a PNP-type triode Q1 on a resistor R2 to generate a first-order temperature compensation current.The first-order temperature compensation current generates a first-order temperature compensation band-gap voltage on the resistors R5 and R4.
