Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a microfluidic chip fluorescence data continuous acquisition method, which comprises the steps of keeping an optical path system to be perpendicular to a microfluidic chip, andenabling the center of a light spot formed by the optical path system on the microfluidic chip to be located on the circumference where the centers of all reaction tanks are located; enabling the microfluidic chip to rotate along the circumferential direction of the microfluid chip, and enabling the optical path system to perform fluorescence data acquisition in the rotation direction of the microfluidic chip; and processing the collected fluorescence data to obtain effective fluorescence data of all the reaction tanks. According to the invention, the microfluidic chip is detected in the circumferential direction and subjected to continuous acquisition, so that the problem of inaccurate measurement result caused by mechanical position errors during single-point acquisition is avoided.
