Joint horizontal steel bar arrangement method and joint horizontal steel bar structure

The invention provides a joint horizontal steel bar arrangement method and a joint horizontal steel bar structure. The arrangement method comprises the following steps of providing a plurality of horizontal steel bars, wherein the horizontal steel bars comprise transverse horizontal bars and longitudinal horizontal bars which are arranged in a crossed manner; installing a first connecting piece atthe end of the side, close to a joint, of each transverse horizontal bar; installing a second connecting piece at the end of the side, close to the joint, of each longitudinal horizontal bar; providing a first steel bar combined connecting piece and a second steel bar combined connecting piece; connecting the first connecting piece of each transverse horizontal bar with the first steel bar combined connecting piece; and connecting the second connecting piece of each longitudinal horizontal bar with the second steel bar combined connecting piece. According to the embodiment of the joint horizontal steel bar arrangemen
